  1. Carrots
    They are full of vitamin A that promotes eye health, protects your vision, and strengthens night visions. Vitamin A plays an essential role in vision. It is a component of protein called rhodopsin, which helps the retina to absorb light.
  2. Sweet Potatoes
    You can get beta carotene from sweet potatoes beside from carrots and also a lot of vitamin A and vitamin E for antioxidant. All of this vitamin making an excellent nutrient to prevent vision loss and macular degeneration.
  3. Fish
    Your retinas need omega 3 fatty acids to help protect you from macular degeneration and glaucoma. And there is a clinical study, they found that counsuming oily fish 5-6 times per week decreased the risk of dry eye.
  4. Eggs
    The zink in an egg will help your body use the lutein and zeaxanthin from its yolk. This yolk blocks harmful blue light from damaging your retina.
  5. Nuts
    Nuts bursting with vitamin E, this helps protect the wall of the eye from free radicals such as pollution, smoke, and etc.
